Beef In Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Brown bacon; set aside.
  2. Add in beef and brown, add in onion and garlic and cook.
  3. Add in salt and pepper and wine, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.
  4. (You may have to add in a little water if it becomes dry.)
  5. Skim off any excess fat, slowly stir in lowfat sour cream, heat gently.
  6. Serve with either wild or possibly white rice or possibly noodles.
