Beef In Sour Cream Recipe
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 lbs. stew meat, cut 1" cubes
- 2 lg. onions, diced & minced
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- Salt & pepper
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. white wine
- Brown bacon; set aside.
- Add in beef and brown, add in onion and garlic and cook.
- Add in salt and pepper and wine, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.
- (You may have to add in a little water if it becomes dry.)
- Skim off any excess fat, slowly stir in lowfat sour cream, heat gently.
- Serve with either wild or possibly white rice or possibly noodles.
