Tipsy Chocolate Sauce

• 1 12 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons soft butter
• 14 cup sherry wine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1 cup evaporated milk

1. Combine sugar, butter, chocolate and milk.
2. Stir until dissolved.
3. Boil without stirring for 7 minutes.
4. Stir in 1/4 c sherry wine and vanilla.
