Hazelnut-Orange Cheese Ball

• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter
• margarine, softened
• 1 tbsp. grated onion
• 1-1/2 cup chopped and roasted Oregon hazelnuts
• 3/4 tsp. grated orange peel

1. In a bowl mix cream cheese and margarine together until smooth.
2. Stir in onion, 1 cup hazelnuts and orange peel.
3. Shape into a ball.
4. Roll in remaining hazelnuts; wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.
5. Serve with crackers.
