Berry Napoleons

  1. Roll out each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 14x10-inch rectangle.
  2. Cut into 12 (3-inch) circles with biscuit cutter.
  3. Prick circles with fork.
  4. Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  5. Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 10 min.
  6. or until golden brown, flattening with spatula after 8 min.
  7. Beat cream cheese spread, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
  8. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  9. For each serving: Spread each of 2 pastry circles with 1 tsp.
  10. cream cheese mixture.
  11. Top 1 of the circles with 1 oz.
  12. strawberries and 1 tsp.
  13. jam; cover with remaining pastry circle.
  14. Top with 1/2 oz.
  15. blackberries.
