Berry Napoleons
- 4 sheets frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup prepared whipped topping
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups blackberries
- Roll out each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 14x10-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 12 (3-inch) circles with biscuit cutter.
- Prick circles with fork.
- Place in single layer in parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 10 min.
- or until golden brown, flattening with spatula after 8 min.
- Beat cream cheese spread, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
- Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 pastry circles with 1 tsp.
- cream cheese mixture.
- Top 1 of the circles with 1 oz.
- strawberries and 1 tsp.
- jam; cover with remaining pastry circle.
- Top with 1/2 oz.
- blackberries.
