Crab and Cucumber with Vinegar Sauce (Sunomono)

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly, sprinkle salt and mix, and leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out excess water by wrapping it in paper towels.
  3. Mix the * ingredients together to make the vinegar sauce.
  4. Take the crabmeat out of the can and drain in a sieve.
  5. Rinse quickly, and squeeze out the water.
  6. Put the cucumbers and crabmeat in a bowl, add the vinegar sauce and mix well.
  7. Done!
