Crab and Cucumber with Vinegar Sauce (Sunomono)
- 1 can Canned crabmeat
- 2 small Cucumbers
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp * Honey
- 2 1/2 tbsp * Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp * Soy sauce
- 1 tsp * Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp * Ground sesame seeds
- Slice the cucumbers thinly, sprinkle salt and mix, and leave for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water by wrapping it in paper towels.
- Mix the * ingredients together to make the vinegar sauce.
- Take the crabmeat out of the can and drain in a sieve.
- Rinse quickly, and squeeze out the water.
- Put the cucumbers and crabmeat in a bowl, add the vinegar sauce and mix well.
- Done!
