Homestyle Spanish Rice
- 3 cup rice (any kind of your preference)
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium Vidalia onion, diced
- 4 Roma tomatos or one large tomato, diced
- 3 tbsp Tomato bouillin
- 3 cup warm water
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium high heat.
- Add rice and frequently stir until they turn a hard white or light brown.
- Add the tomato, onion, garlic, and bouillon.
- Stir together and add water.
- Let cook for 15 mins; stirring occasionally.
- Cooking times vary depending on the type of rice used.
- Rice will be done when soft!
