Foil-Pack Grilled Meatballs
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce just until blended.
- Shape into 24 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs.
- Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- Fold to make packet.
- Grill 15 to 18 min.
- or until meatballs are done (160 degrees F).
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
