Buffalo Chicken Dip Light ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
- 12 ounces, weight Low-fat Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Dressing, Low Fat
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Hot Sauce, Frank's Buffalo Style
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook chicken in a pan until no longer pink in the middle.
- Let the chicken cool a little.
- Once its warm to the touch, chop up the chicken in small pieces.
- Add cream cheese to a bowl and stir in blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.
- Add the chicken too!
- Put mixture into a heat-proof casserole and bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or anything else you can come up with!
- Your friends will be raving!
