Creamy Candy Bar Dessert

  1. In a bowl, combine the crumb and sugar; stir in butter.
  2. Press onto an ungreased 13-in.
  3. x 9-in.
  4. x 2-in.
  5. dish.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the fudge topping over low heat until warmed; pour evenly over crust.
  7. Cool.
  8. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and whipped topping for 2-3 minutes or until stiff, scraping sides of bowl often.
  9. stir in three-fourths of the candy bar pieces.
  10. Pour over crust.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining candy bar pieces.
  12. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  13. Refrigerate leftovers.
