Chocolate chip banana oat muffins

  1. Grease bottom and sides of muffin tins.
  2. Preheat oven to 400.
  3. In a food processor blend all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, on high until oats are broken down and batter is smooth.
  4. Stir in by hand the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill muffn tins with batter equally.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes til set, risen and light golden brown.
  7. Touching the top of the muffin with your finger should not leave indentation when baked through.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin tins.
  9. Enjoy warm!
