Cream Topped Hamburgers Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in butter till golden brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Add in mushrooms and saute/fry 2 to 3 min longer.
  3. Blend in flour, seasonings and lowfat sour cream.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, for 5 min.
  5. In the meantime, broil or possibly grill hamburgers to desired doneness.
  6. Serve cream-topping over hamburgers, roast beef, steak or possibly on toasted roll.
  7. This kitchen-tested recipe makes 6 servings.
