Sprouted Wild Rice Autumn Blend

  1. Soak rice in 4 cups water 12 hours.
  2. Drain, rinse, and drain again.
  3. Continue to rinse and drain until rice sprouts (about 2-4 days).
  4. In bowl, blend all other ingredients into sprouted rice.
  5. Refrigerate.
