Barbecued Chicken In Foil Recipe
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken, cut up
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- Combine all ingredients except chicken parts.
- Dip chicken parts in the sauce and arrange in a single layer on aluminum foil.
- Spoon remaining sauce over chicken.
- Seal the foil tightly and place in pan.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 15 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs.
