Taco Bean Dip Recipe
- 1 can Old El Paso refried beans with green chilies
- 3 pound hamburger (fried with onion and green pepper)
- 12 ounce. mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
- 12 ounce. cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. Old El Paso taco sauce (warm)
- Spread refried beans over bottom of pan.
- Fry hamburger, onion and green pepper.
- Drain well.
- Add in 1 package of dry taco seasoning to hamburger as directed on package.
- Spread over beans, then sprinkle the 3 cheeses on top of hamburger.
- Pour warm sauce over entire dish and bake in oven till cheese is melted and is bubbly at 350 degrees.
