Mo's Clam Chowder Recipe

  1. Saute/fry the bacon and ham till bacon is brown.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Add in the onion and saute/fry till it is limp.
  4. Stir in the flour.
  5. Add in the potatoes and clams and cook about 15 min till potatoes are very soft.
  6. Add in the lowfat milk and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm with a dollop of butter and sprinkling of paprika on top of each serving.
  8. Can be reheated.
  9. Serves 12 to 14 generously.
