Smoky and Spicy Black Bean Dip

  2. Place beans, adobo sauce, salt and garlic pepper in a food processor, and pulse until just broken up.

  4. Add the tomatoes, lime, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro into the food processor with the beans and pulse until just combined.

  6. Serve with fresh grated cheddar, cilantro, a dollop of low fat sour cream and some organic blue corn chips.
