Smoky and Spicy Black Bean Dip
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Organic Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Adobo Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 whole Jalapeno, Diced
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 1.
- Place beans, adobo sauce, salt and garlic pepper in a food processor, and pulse until just broken up.

- Add the tomatoes, lime, jalapeno, red onion and cilantro into the food processor with the beans and pulse until just combined.
- 3.
- Serve with fresh grated cheddar, cilantro, a dollop of low fat sour cream and some organic blue corn chips.
