Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
- 12 fresh jalapenos
- 4 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- neufchatel
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane.
- Fill cavity with softened neufchatel cheese.
- Cut slices of bacon in half and wrap around each cheese-filled pepper, securing with a toothpick.
- Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and starting to crisp up.
- Serve hot.
