Satay Beef Skewers
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons gluten free green curry paste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 500g beef strips
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Steamed rice, to serve
- Combine peanut butter, coconut milk, water, curry paste and sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat, until heated and slightly thickened.
- Thread beef onto skewers.
- Rub over the combined spring onion, ginger and oil and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cook on a preheated grill plate for 5 minutes, turning whilst cooking.
- Serve beef skewers with satay sauce and rice.
