Chocolate Almond Coffee Mix

• 1 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 12 cup instant coffee granules
• 12 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon almond extract

1. In a food processor, finely grind all ingredients until well blended.
2. Store in airtight container.
3. To serve - stir about 2 heaping teaspoons coffee mix into 6 ounces hot water.
