Fleischkiechla
- 1 cup Cream
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Lard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1- 1/2 cup Flour-or Until The Dough Is Stiff
- 1- 1/2 pound Hamburger
- 1/4 cups Onion
- Mix the cream, eggs, soda, milk, baking powder, lard and salt together.
- Add enough flour to make a nice stiff dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into 4x4 inch squares.
- Brown hamburger with onion.
- When done, drain the grease and place meat in the middle of the dough squares.
- Fold dough over the meat and seal the edges of the dough.
- Deep fry until nicely browned at about 375 degrees.
