Pork Tenderloin In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Slice tenderloin in rounds about 1 inch thick and flatten with a cleaver, rub with salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Brown in butter over low heat for 15 min.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 min.
