Mediterranean Tuna
- 1 cup green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 (8 ounce) bagmediterranean salad greens
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained
- 12 kalamata olives
- 12 cup Greek salad dressing
- 12 cup feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
- Cook green beans in water to cover or steam 7 to 8 minutes, just until crisp tender, drain well.
- Empty the salad green into a large bowl.
- Toss together with vegetables, tuna, olives, dressing and cheese.
