Tater Patties Recipe

• 2 c. left over mashed potatoes
• 1 egg
• Sufficient flour to make potatoes like dough
• 1 sm. onion

1. Mix all ingredients to make dough roll into biscuit size patties and mash flat.
2. Fry in warm grease till golden.
3. Place on paper towel to drain.
4. Serve warm as side dish.
