Moms Pork Green Chili

  1. Put 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Place roast in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the cans of green chili on the top and sides of the roast.
  4. On top of roast, sprinkle the minced garlic, onion soup mix, oregano, and salt and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  6. Meat should fall apart and shred easily.
  7. Shred all the meat with a fork.
  8. Add this green chili to burritos, tacos, enchiladas, or even on top of scrambled eggs for breakfast.
