Moms Pork Green Chili
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 whole Medium Pork Roast
- 3 cans To 4 Cans Green Chili (4 0z. Cans)
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 envelope (1.25 Oz.) Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Mexican Oregano (or Regular Oregano)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Put 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Place roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the cans of green chili on the top and sides of the roast.
- On top of roast, sprinkle the minced garlic, onion soup mix, oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Meat should fall apart and shred easily.
- Shred all the meat with a fork.
- Add this green chili to burritos, tacos, enchiladas, or even on top of scrambled eggs for breakfast.
