Sourdough Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a non-metal bowl; stir well.
  2. Add in buttermilk, Sourdough Starter and egg; beat just till large lumps disappear.
  3. Stir in oil.
  4. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 c. batter onto a warm, lightly greased griddle.
  5. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
  6. Yield: 12 (4 inch) pancakes.
