Chicken Pita Sandwiches

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,milk and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Then stir in the chicken,green pepper,onions,mustard,thyme and pepper.
  3. Then refrigerate.
  4. Before serving, stir in the walnuts.
  5. (optional)
  6. Spoon out about 1/2 cup filling into each pita half.
  7. And top it off with alfalfa sprouts.
