Peaches And Cream Coffeecake Recipe

  1. Mix flour, salt, baking pwdr and 3 Tbsp.
  2. soft butter.
  3. Add in vanilla pudding, egg and lowfat milk.
  4. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  5. Grease deep 9 inch pie pan.
  6. Pour in batter.
  7. Arrange sliced peaches over top of batter.
  8. Mix cream cheese, peach juice and 1/2 c. sugar.
  9. Beat till smooth and spoon gently over batter to within 1 inch of edge.
  10. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  11. sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
  12. Sprinkle over top.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  14. Best served hot.
  15. Chill leftovers.
