Easy Stroganoff

  1. Preheat oven to 325-degrees F.
  2. Cut flank steak into thirds and then crosswise int 1/4-inch slices.
  3. In a casserole dish combine steak, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Stir some of the sauce into the sour cream, then blend back into the meat mixture with the remainder of the sour cream.
  7. Serve over noodles.
