Miami Dolphin Lemon Bars Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. hard butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 5 tbsp. lemon juice
- Mix together 2 c. flour and confectioners sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in butter with a pastry blender.
- When mix looks like corn meal, turn into an ungreased 9 x 13 x 3 inch baking pan.
- Press firmly on bottom of pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Mix 1/4 c. flour with granulated sugar and baking pwdr.
- Add in to beaten egg and mix ell.
- Beat in lemon juice.
- Pour over baked crust.
- Bake 25 min.
- Cold 30 min.
- Cut into squares.
- Dust with confectioners sugar.
