Shooting-Star Quesadillas

• 2 flour tortillas (6 inch)
• 2 KRAFT Singles
• 2 grape tomatoes, sliced
• 2 baby carrots, cut lengthwise into thin slices
• 3 fresh cilantro leaves

1. Top 1 tortilla with Singles; cover with remaining tortilla.
2. Use 3-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut 3 stars from tortilla stack.
3. Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
4. on each side or until Singles are melted.
5. Arrange with vegetables on plate to resemble a shooting star.
