Corque Burger

  1. Spread on mm thick layer of beef on a sandwich slice.
  2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  3. Add a slice of cheese.
  4. Add some onion rings.
  5. Add the top sandwich slice.
  6. Spread a little butter on the outsides of the sandwich and grill to taste, preferably in a panini grill.
  7. You can even leave the center a little rare.
  8. These grilled sandwiches are great when dipped in pepper sauce but i guess other sauces will be good too.
  9. Many variations are possible.

brown bread, ground beef, onion, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, butter, pepper sauce
