Rotel Chili

  1. Cleaned and diced my peppers, and onion.
  2. Added my ground beef, seasonings and onions and peppers and cooked with meat until done.
  3. Drained.
  4. Also, you can stir in some sour cream and cheese.
  5. Or spoon helping of chili into your bowl, and top with sour cream and cheese.
  6. Added my beef mixture back to pot, added can of rotel, and can diced tomatoes, with the juices.
  7. Let it start to heat through and then added the 3 cans chili beans, that has chili sauce made into it, stirred, and added some more seasonings.
  8. And cooked on low for awhile to simmer into flavors, and heated.
