Taco Salad - Jean Dalponte

  1. Cook and drain 1 lb hamburger; wash and drain red kidney beans.
  2. Refrigerate both for at least 1 hour.
  3. Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; mix together in a large bowl.
  4. Add chilled hamburger, beans, cheddar cheese, crushed taco chips.
  5. Before serving add bottle of dressing.
