Taco Salad - Jean Dalponte
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
- 1 lettuce head
- red onion
- tomatoes
- cheddar cheese
- taco chips, crushed
- Cook and drain 1 lb hamburger; wash and drain red kidney beans.
- Refrigerate both for at least 1 hour.
- Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onion; mix together in a large bowl.
- Add chilled hamburger, beans, cheddar cheese, crushed taco chips.
- Before serving add bottle of dressing.
