Wine Sauce

  1. Add garlic to drippings in pan; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add wine; stir, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
  3. Boil, stirring constantly, until syrupy.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon butter, and stir until the it melts.
  6. Repeat with remaining butter.
  7. Stir in parsley, and serve.
