Chocolate-Dipped Mocha Crispy Treats

• 9 Tbsp. butter
• 3 pkg. JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 3 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Frozen Liquid Coffee Concentrate, thawed
• 1 gal. cocoa sweetened rice cereal
• milk chocolate bar, melted

1. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
2. Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring constantly.
3. Add coffee; stir until blended.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Fold in cereal until well coated.
6. Shape mixture into 54 (1 oz.)
7. balls (or 18 balls for trial recipe).
8. Dip each piece halfway into chocolate.
9. Cool until chocolate is set.
