Chocolate-Dipped Mocha Crispy Treats
- 9 Tbsp. butter
- 3 pkg. JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Frozen Liquid Coffee Concentrate, thawed
- 1 gal. cocoa sweetened rice cereal
- milk chocolate bar, melted
- Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
- Add marshmallows; cook until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add coffee; stir until blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Fold in cereal until well coated.
- Shape mixture into 54 (1 oz.)
- balls (or 18 balls for trial recipe).
- Dip each piece halfway into chocolate.
- Cool until chocolate is set.
