Sweet Corn Spoon Bread
- 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can (14 3/4 oz) Cream Style Corn
- 1 can (15 oz) Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish.
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until set.
