heart attack burgers

  1. mix all hamburger, BBQ, Worcestershire, & liquid smoke
  2. after hamburger and sauces are mixed, grab about 1/3 lb.
  3. of hamburger and make Patty.
  4. (do this 3 times making 3; 1/3 lb patties )
  5. make a large dimple in the middle of each hamburger patty.
  6. place 1 tablespoon of butter in each dimple.
  7. slice about 12 slices off of block of cheddar cheese, each slice around 1/4 of an inch thick.
  8. add 4 slices of cheese to each burger.
  9. stacking on top of the butter.
  10. make 3 more hamburger patties.
  11. each one being around1/3 of a pound.
  12. take the 3 new patties and place on top of butter and cheese.
  13. after this pinch the edges of both patties together.
  14. ( leaving the cheese and butter in the middle of 3; 2/3 lb.
  15. burgers )
  16. rub each Burger with salt and brown sugar
  17. slice a nother 12 slices of cheese off of block of cheddar
  18. fire up the grill.
  19. ( I always use charcoal) grill on each side for 7-10 minutes.
  20. after grilling second side for 7-10 minutes, flip burgers once more.
  21. add 4 slices of Cheddar to top of each Burger.
  22. close lid of grill and keep burgers on grill for 5 more minutes.
  23. or until cheese on top of burgers is melted
  24. remove from grill and enjoy with what ever condiments you like .
