- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Mozzarella Garlic Tortelloni
- 2 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (red pepper, broccoli florets, carrots and mushrooms)
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce
- Cook pasta as directed on package, adding the vegetables to the water for the last 3 min.
- of the pasta cooking time.
- Meanwhile, heat sauce as directed on package.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add sauce; toss to coat.
- Serve with DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
