Mushroom Risotto

  1. Boil water and add the chicken stock cubes.
  2. Cook the onion and garlic in a pan with the butter.
  3. Increase heat to high and add rice.
  4. Slowly add water with chicken stock while continually stirring.
  5. Add mushrooms.
  6. Test the rice to see if it is cooked.
  7. Serve with parmesan cheese and arugula.
