Mother's Raisin Pudding Recipe
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Butter a 6 x 10 inch Pyrex dish.
- Mix batter ingredients as listed and pour in buttered dish.
- Mix sauce ingredients given and bring to a boil.
- Pour over batter at 400 degrees for about 30 min.
- Serve hot.
- Top with Cold Whip.
