Brigitte Sealing's Tropical Spareribs Recipe
- 3 1/2 x - 4lbs spareribs
- 3 lrg Cloves of garlic
- 1 lrg Onion, sliced
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, .undrained
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 bot (12 ounce) chili sauce
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- Run ribs with garlic.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Arrange onion in a large baking pan.
- Place ribs on top.
- Add in 1/4 c. water to the pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 350F oven for 1/2 hour.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over ribs.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour longer.
