Potato Puff

• 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 12 cup milk
• salt and pepper, to taste

1. Mix the ingredients together and put in a deep, buttered baking dish.
2. Bake about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
