Afternoon Pilot

• 1 1/2 strawberries
• 3/4 ounce Aperol
• 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
• Ice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the whole strawberry.
2. Add the Aperol, amaro, lemon juice and vermouth.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the half strawberry.
