Easy Enchiladas

  1. Saute ground meat and onion.
  2. Add cheddar cheese to meat mix.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly.
  4. Put meat filling down the center of each.
  5. Add a bit of sour cream.
  6. Wrap tortilla and place in a baking dish.
  7. Combine tomato soup and mushroom soup with salsa.
  8. Pour evenly over enchiladas.
  9. Bake 20" or until bubbly.
  10. Serve over lettuce with olives, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
