Better Choice Big-City Beef Sandwich

• 1/2 cup red pepper strips
• 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
• 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 Tbsp. roasted garlic
• 1 baguette (3 inch), partially split

1. Cook and stir peppers in dressing in skillet on medium heat 5 min.
2. or until crisp-tender.
3. Stack meat on microwaveable plate; top with cheese.
4. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
5. or until cheese is melted.
6. Mix MIRACLE WHIP and garlic; spread onto cut sides of baguette.
7. Fill with meat and peppers.
