Loaded Steakhouse Sandwich

  1. Take the ingredients for the marinade (worcestershire, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper), and mix well, making sure all of the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the beef to a large ziploc bag, add the marinade, and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  3. The longer the better.
  4. During this time, prepare the French fries, or at least the cleaning, slicing, and soaking.
  5. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
  6. During this time, get your fries ready by heating up the oil, and begin making your fries.
  7. Place your beef on the grill, and caramelize both sides.
  8. The thin slices of beef will only take a few minutes per side.
  9. Remove from the grill, and set aside to rest on a plate.
  10. Butter your French loaf, and place on the grill to obtain a light crunch and some grill marks.
  11. Remove once you have achieved that.
  12. Slice your beef against the grain.
  13. Your fries should be done now, and drained.
  14. Mix your chipotle mayonnaise ingredients, and lather the inside of the French loaf with it, making sure to get the top and the bottom.
  15. Add a bunch of the sliced beef, top with French fries, drizzle with more chipotle mayonnaise, and sprinkle the cilantro.
  16. Enough said.
  17. This sandwich was phenomenal, and one that will really satisfy friends or family on a weekend evening.
  18. Enjoy.
