KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Beef Burgundy

  1. Toss meat with flour; place in slow cooker.
  2. Add carrots, mushrooms, wine, bay leaf and Simmer Sauce; cover.
  3. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
  4. 15 Minutes Before Serving
  5. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  6. Meanwhile, add Finishing Sauce to slow cooker; mix well.
  7. Discard bay leaf.
  8. Serve meat mixture over rice; sprinkle with parsley.
