Ground Beef Stroganoff

  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion in butter until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through but do not boil.
  7. Serve over hot noodles.
