Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl Salad

  1. SAUTE chicken, carrots and mushrooms with half the dressing in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add remaining dressing, along with sprouts, peppers, onion and pasta.
  3. Cook, tossing constantly until heated through and vegetables are tender crisp; about 3 more minutes.
  4. DIVIDE amongst bowls and garnish with chow mein noodles.
  5. Can be served immediately or chilled; drizzle with a bit more dressing just before serving.
