BBQ Sloppy Joes With Potato Chip French Fries
- 1 -1 12 lb hamburger
- 18 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 14 cup ketchup
- 23 cup sweet vidalia onion barbecue sauce
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons roasted garlic seasoning
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon sweet and tangy barbecue seasoning
- 14 teaspoon barbecue seasoning
- 12 teaspoon hamburger seasoning
- 18 teaspoon salt
- potato, chip french fries
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- season salt
- garlic salt
- mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a med bowl and set to the side.
- mix the hamburger seasoning together n a small bowl.
- brown hamburger meat wit the seasoning in a large skillet on med high.
- drain hamburger.
- put back in skillet add the sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- for the potato chip french fries.
- peel potatoes.
- slice potatoes into chip style cut.
- deep fry for 6-7 mins or until golden brown.
- season with season salt and garlic salt to your taste.
